The factory has been founded in 2004,professional producing brake discs and brake drums. The annual production capacity is 1000000 pieces,and casting capacity is 8000 tons.More than 2000 varieties of brake discs and brake drums are exported to Europe, North America, the Middle East, South Africa, Canada,South Korea and Japan. And the factory is the OEM manufacture for FAW,SHAC and some car factories.
The factory has 6 sets of 1.5T/H electric furnace, CNC machining equipments,anti-rust and packing line,physical test,chemical contents,metal analysis and balancing test,that can ensure the quality to meet costomer and OEM requirements.The factory has passed ISO/TS16949 certification in May 2016.The factory has a sales branch-- Dongying Renard Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was founded in 2016.
